How the app decides a step is done

The source of truth for every step, in plain language. Generated from the live config, so it always matches what the system actually reads.

Queued or disputed steps are clickable: queued opens Outreach & Queue, disputed opens Setup. Inserting a step in workflows/steps.yaml appears here on the next scan.

Connections

The app holds read-only credentials plus draft-and-approved-send. Outreach sends from your connected inbox; aiops@ is the system mailbox that runs sync.
